What you should know before you join.
Price and commitment
12 Month CEO is one annual membership with a 12-month commitment. Founder pricing is $7,500 for the year, capped at 28 seats. The regular price is $10,000 a year. Monthly payment is available against the 12-month commitment, at a higher total.

We’re looking for agents who understand the experience and are ready to take ownership of their business. You’ll know the price and the commitment before you join, not after.
This isn’t coaching.
12 Month CEO is a business operating framework with a structured membership around it. Sean leads Weekly Calibration with his team, but there’s no private, one-on-one coaching. You’re responsible for running your plan and making your decisions.
Keep your tools and your coach.
Have a CRM you like? Keep it. Working with a coach? Keep working with them. 12 Month CEO is the framework that connects your direction, strategy, execution and measurement, so what you already have works together.
Your plan reflects your business.
You build the framework from your own numbers, goals and strategies. It isn’t a formula that tells every agent to do the same things.
Participation matters.
You’ll give honest business information, build your plan, use the Tracker, show up to Weekly Calibration, and do the work you committed to. Joining by itself doesn’t create results.
It’s a 12-month commitment.
Building a business takes consistent execution, measurement and adjustment. Twelve months is one full operating cycle. Be ready to commit to it.

12 Month CEO doesn’t guarantee more transactions, revenue, profit or free time, and there’s no refund for not finishing. Outcomes depend on your market, your decisions and your execution. The framework gives you a structured way to run the business. The work is yours.
